Join us for an evening dedicated to all things whiskey, hosted by Sam Kirk – Jack Daniel’s National Brand Ambassador. From fascinating brand stories to a guided tasting of the Jack Daniel’s family, discover what makes this iconic Tennessee whiskey a favourite around the world.
Your evening begins with a welcome cocktail on arrival, followed by a delicious three-course dinner and a guided tasting, designed to bring out the character and craft behind every pour.
With limited seats available, gather your fellow whiskey lovers and settle in for an evening filled with great food, good company and a little whiskey wisdom worth raising a glass to.
Tickets $99 per person include a welcome cocktail on arrival, three course meal, with guided tasting.

ENTREE – Bourbon tasting plate (GF)
- Bourbon & Maple Glazed Chicken Wings
- Char‑Grilled Corn Ribs with bourbon rub, ketchup manis and butter
- Midway farm beef brisket and potato croquette, hot sauce and ranch
MAIN – Smoked Pork Belly (GF)
Sous‑vide and hickory‑smoked with BBQ spices, oven‑roasted and served with crackle, apple sauce, house‑made coleslaw and chips.
DESSERT – Apple Tarte Tatin
House‑made with Caraholly Farm apples, cinnamon, and shortcrust pastry. Served with salted bourbon caramel and vanilla bean ice‑cream. (GF option available)
