It’s time to get out the frocks and fascinators for Melbourne Cup Day at the Exchange Hotel.

Expect a big day of racing action as we turn up the charm with a lively luncheon, full cash bar facilities, live race broadcast on big screens, race day sweepstakes, prizes for best dressed, best hat and plenty of opportunities to back a winner.

Tickets are $55pp which include a 2-course luncheon menu.

Entree

Shared Antipasto Platter
Selection of cured meats, house made hummus, olives, Carraholly Farm apple and camembert with dried figs and nuts

Main Course

Pre-order required with selection from the following:

Twice Cooked Pork Belly

Served with apple cider, onion and sage gravy, crushed sweet potato and sauteed greens (GF)

Crispy Skin Goldband Snapper

With rosemary and garlic roast potatoes, capsicum, roquette and cherry tomato salad and a Bearnaise Sauce

250g Char Grilled Porterhouse

Served medium rare, truffled mashed potato, steamed asparagus, blistered cherry tomatoes and porcini mushroom sauce

Vegetarian/Vegans can be catered for. Dietary requirements and food pre-orders for the main course required by 28th October
