Paranormal Dinner Experience

Originally built in the 1860s as the residence of Dr Thomas Forrester Bedingfeld, the site became a hotel in 1871 when James Rummer Greenacre transferred his licence and established what is now known as The Exchange Hotel.

The name itself comes from a historic exchange of properties between the two — a place that has since passed through many hands, including Samuel Butterworth, Edward Reynolds, and Thomas Howe, who once described it as “the prettiest watering place in WA.”
Expanded, renovated, and lived in for generations — the building has been a home, a gathering place, and a bar for over 150 years.
