Crispy-skin goldband snapper, sauteed Asian greens, steamed jasmine rice, lime, coriander and chilli dressing

Confit Duck (GF)
12-hour slow cooked duck leg, porcini mushroom gravy, apple polenta, cherry tomato jam and steamed green beans

Vegetarian Option
Grilled vegetable stack, Chargrilled eggplant, capsicum and zucchini, fior de latte cheese, fresh basil, served with potato puree and cheese cracker
